Registration opens September 17th, at 1pm.

Registration info

• If you cannot see the registration form below after registration start, you maybe need to reload the site or empty your cache. You can also try to open a "private window" in your browser.

• If you cannot see the Sign-Up Button after filling in your data into the form, you need to scrole down within the form, then it will appear. Some devices or browsers sometimes do not display it.

• You can register as a single follower or leader (just leave the input fields for partner empty) or as a couple (fill in all input fields). If you fill in the input fields for your partner, your partner is directly registered! You do not need to do a second registration for your partner. If you do two separate registrations as a couple for any reason, make sure to at least tell the name of your partner in the "Comments". Otherwise your registrations will be handled as single-registrations, which can put one of you on the waiting list.

• Please check the level descriptions before booking! Be honest to yourself and be aware, that dancing for a long time doesn't automatically mean you should dance in the highest level! Maybe you (and others) will have a better learning experience, if you choose a level that fits best for you.

Concerning Payment

After your registration, you will get a seperate first mail for every class you chose,  which is a notice of receipt of your booking, but not a confirmation, yet. Then you'll get a second mail for each of your choices, which is a confirmation for a course or/and party (pass) or the info that you are on the waiting list! In the second confirmation mail you will get the payment information and you'll have to pay via bank transfer within the next 7 days! We don't send another mail after your payment. if you don't hear anything from us everything is fine! You'll get more information from us, shortly before the festival!

Registration as a single leader or follower

For a balanced experience we only allow a certain number of surplus leaders or followers. Therefore, if there is an adequate balance, tickets for both roles are available as long as the workshop is not already sold out completely. If there are no spots available for your role, we'll inform you after your registration that you are on our waiting list. If there is a spot again for your role, we process the waiting list after the date of registration and you get informed by us! If you are on the waiting list, you can find a partner by your own. If you find a partner afterwards, please make sure that this person puts your name in the form during the registration process!

Registration

Create your own XmaSwing Experince and select all your workshops and partys! You can form your own schedule and need to select every option you wish to book (Also parties! They are not included in the workshop-ticket). 

Please be aware, that some classes cannot be combined, because of the same time slots!

Lindy Hop Level 3 cannot be combined with Solo Jazz "The Creative Voice"

Lindy Hop Level 4 cannot be combined with Solo Jazz "Foundation in Motion"

It's possible to combine all Solo Classes or two levels of Lindy Hop.

Community Lunch needs to be booked separately. There are limited spots.

Conference & Music Talks doesn't have to be booked, if you attend the Lindy Hop or Solo Jazz Workshops. You can join for free with your wristband.

Party People who do not attend workshops can think about adding the Friday Special and/or the combination of Conference & Talks and Community Lunch . Then you have a relaxed daytime activity from 13.00 - 15.15.
