Registration info

• If you cannot see the registration form below after registration start, you maybe need to reload the site or empty your cache. You can also try to open a "private window" in your browser.

• You need to select every option you wish to book (Also parties! They are not included in the workshop-ticket). 

• If you want to register as a couple you need to do two seperate registrations and let us know the name of your partner. We recommend to do both registrations directly after each other, as we will confirm couple registrations only after both partners have registered. You can also do the registration of your partner directly after your registration by yourself, you just need name, email and phone number. Otherwise you will be on the waiting list until your partner has registered, which can mean that you will not get a spot, if we are sold out before your partner is registered.

• When choosing your workshops, please be aware, that there are parallel classes which should not be purchased together. 

• Please check the level-descriptions before booking! Aerials & Performance can only be booked as a couple.

• If your role ist not available anymore, we will have a waiting list. You will get one email that shows your bookings and a second one which will be a confirmation of your bookings with payment information or the info that you are on the waiting list.

•  For the solo classes, there will be a waiting list only when tickets are completely sold out, since we don't distinguish between leader and followers there.  

• Friday, Saturday and Sunday parties can be booked either separately or together in the party pass.

Concerning Payment

After your registration you'll get a first mail about your order. This is not a confirmation, yet. When we processed your registration, you'll get a second confirmation mail with the payment information and you'll have to pay via bank transfer within the next 7 days! We don't send another mail after your payment. if you don't hear anything from us anything is fine! You'll get more information from us, shortly before the festival!

Registration as a single leader or follower

For a balanced experience we only allow a certain number of surplus leaders or followers. Therefore, if there is an adequate balance, tickets for both roles are available as long as the workshop is not already sold out completely. If there are no spots available for your role, we'll inform you after your registration that you are on our waiting list. If there is a spot again for your role, we process the waiting list after the date of registration and you get informed by us! If you are on the waiting list, you can find a partner by your own. If you find a partner afterwards, please make sure that this person puts your name in the form during the registration process!

Registration

Create your own XmaSwing Experince and select all your workshops and partys! After your registration, you will get a seperate first mail for every class you chose,  which is a notice of receipt of your booking, but not a confirmation, yet. Then you'll get a second mail for each of your choices, which is a confirmation for a course or/and party (pass) or the info that you are on the waiting list! Please make sure to read our level descriptions! 

Registration for Advanced is closed. We already have a long waiting list for both roles!
